A 90 gallon custom built into the wall in a remodel, Mike's tank has a CPR© 194 wet-dry, with a Rio© 2100 and a venturi protein skimmer in the sump(with most of the bio media removed),3 Maxijet© 1000 Powerheads in the tank, and a DYI calcium doser. Lighting is an
Aquarium Arts panel with waterproof endcaps, 2 110 watt VHO 48" fluorescent bulbs (Superactinic©, Aquasun©), Icecap© Model 430 electronic ballast, and a timer.

Most of the livestock in the Kuffner Family's system, including these colorful mushrooms and the button polyp on the left, came from
Aquarium Arts who also provided 2 percula clowns, a blue hippo tang, a Midas blenny, and 4 cleaner shrimp Aquarium Arts' birthday present for the Kuffners' daughter.

A pink serpent star and a pink leather coral (Sarcophyton sp.) shares the tank with dozens of other corals, urchins, a spotted serpent star, turbos, and scarlet hermit crabs.

Fifty pounds of cured live rock ("the nice stuff in the pics") from
Aquarium Arts are prospering under the new lighting system.
